“Capt. John Smith” 1925 Ferry: Deckhouse Restoration

Capt. John Smith Ferry Deckhouse Restoration (1925) for the Surry Historical Society & Museums. This project was the complete restoration of the deckhouse back to its 1925 appearance. Work involved new construction of a large 40 x 50 covered pavilion to house the newly restored deckhouse. The actual restoration included transportation of the deckhouse to our offsite facility, cataloging and deconstruction of all parts, repair & replacement of missing/damaged parts.
