Jamestown Rediscovery - Barracks Reconstruction

During the spring and summer Black Creek Workshop recreated the frame of the 1600’s barracks of Jamestown Fort for Jamestown Rediscovery. The structure is built from oak and pine saplings gathered by our team, and built in a manor consistent with building techniques utilized in 17th century England.
